St Andrews Methodist Chapel in Harleston Road, Duston is a good example of the post war trend away from chapels with a distinctly ecclesiastical appearance in favour of more mainstream and functional designs. As such it is indistinguishable from other buildings of the period. Ample car parking and its position on one of the main roads out of town makes it accessible from a wide area. For another example of this genre see Daventry, Golding Close, Methodist Chapel, Northamptonshire, NN11 4FB
