More on Keighley Methodist Churches

Further to my earlier post, I now attach pictures of the aformentioned Temple St Methodist Church, and also Oakworth Rd Methodist Mission, , like Fell Lane, managed by the Lund Park Minister. My grandfather was christened there in 1902.

Finally I attach a 1860 photo of a Methodist Church in Cavendish St Keighley, which was demolished in the late 1940’s. Also a photo of Cavendish St just before the demolition – the building behind it with clock tower is Municipal Hall, destroyed by fire in 1962.
